Basic Life Support (BLS) Course

A basic life support (BLS) course is designed to teach you the skills and knowledge you need to save a life in an emergency. The course covers the following topics:

• Recognizing cardiac arrest: This includes learning how to identify the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest, such as unresponsiveness, no breathing, and no pulse.
